Ciao Gatto Cat Market is a one-woman atelier—just me, my two hands, and a deep love for cats and beautifully made things.
I started this business out of a desire to create something real. I wanted toys that felt meaningful—crafted with care, rooted in quality, and designed with a sense of charm that honors the curious, quiet magic of cats. Every piece I make is something I’d be proud to send into the world to delight a discerning feline and their devoted human.
The majority of Ciao Gatto products are handmade by me—from the first sketch to the final stitch—in my small atelier. If an item isn’t made directly by my hands, it’s designed by me and sourced with the same thoughtful attention to detail. Each component is chosen for its integrity: organic catnip grown in the USA, wool from New England farms, and biodegradable, plastic-free materials.
This isn’t just a shop—it’s a space for slow craft, storytelling, and sustainability. I design, source, sew, photograph, ship, manage wholesale, run the website, post on social media, and answer every customer message myself. My hands are on every part of the process, and that’s the heart of what makes this work meaningful.
